2-4 pork steaks 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 can mushrooms (OR fresh) Soy sauce 1 can beef broth Cracker crumbs 2 eggs Cut meat in strips, season and tenderize. Set aside. Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms. Add broth and simmer. Dip strips in egg and roll in cracker crumbs. Brown in pan, add onion mixture, and cook on low heat until meat is done. Serve over rice. |
