GERMAN SKILLET DINNER
 

1 med. can sauerkraut, rinsed
1/3 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
14 oz. ground beef
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. sugar

Brown meat. Pour off fat. Rinse sauerkraut and drain. Add all ingredients together in skillet and mix well. Cover and simmer 20 minutes over low heat.
