1 lb. ground turkey 1 lg. onion, diced 1/2 c. long grain rice 1 pkg. onion soup 1/4 c. water 16 oz. can sauerkraut 16 oz. can tomato sauce 4 oz. can mushrooms Brown turkey and onion together, then add rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook 40 minutes. In electric skillet or skillet, check for moisture; add water, if needed. |
