2 lbs. long spaghetti
Break in half, cook, drain, rinse in cold water & drain well. In a large bowl combine: 1 tsp. each garlic & onion powder 1/2 tsp. Chinese style powdered mustard 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 green pepper 1 med. carrot 1/2 onion, thin sliced in sliver cut style
Toss well, serve cold. Keeps well 4 to 5 days.
