1 (5 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds 4 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds 1-2 tbsp. sesame oil 8 green onions, sliced 2 pkgs. chicken flavor oriental noodle soup Brown almonds and sesame seeds in sesame oil. Crunch noodles in packages. Then combine with almonds, sesame seeds and sliced green onions. 1 pkg. broth mix from soup 1 c. oil 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. rice vinegar 2 pkgs. shredded cabbage or cole slaw In a separate bowl, combine broth mix, sugar, pepper, rice vinegar. Add cabbage and toss. Cover and refrigerate both bowls overnight. Before serving, drain cabbage (if necessary) and mix together. |
