3 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 3/4 tsp. dill weed 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1 med. sized green onion, thinly sliced 1 lb. fresh or frozen (thawed) flounder fillets Lemon slices for garnish About 30 minutes before serving heat 10 inch skillet over medium-low heat; heat first 5 ingredients until butter melts. If fillets are large, cut into serving-sized pieces. Add flounder to butter mixture; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes until flounder flakes easily, basting flounder occasionally with butter in skillet. Arrange flounder with its sauce in warm deep platter. Garnish optional. Makes 4 main dish servings, about 155 calories each. |
