Fish: flounder, snapper, grouper, roughy, as much as your family will eat, 4- 6 fillets 1/2 stick butter 1 (6 oz.) can stewed tomatoes Oregano Garlic powder Black or white pepper Parmesan cheese Fry fish in butter, garlic powder, pepper for a few minutes. Simmer with oregano and stewed tomatoes for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving. Serve with white rice. |
