1 lb. fish fillets (haddock or cod) 1 tbsp. butter Garlic salt, to taste Parsley, to taste 1 green pepper, sliced 2 tomatoes, each cut into 6-8 wedges 2 onions, quartered 4 oz. low-calorie Italian dressing Put fish fillets in casserole skin-side down. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt and parsley. Put vegetables in casserole. Pour Italian dressing over fish and vegetables. Baked covered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish is done. |
