6 slices filet of sole 1 slice salmon filet, cut into 6 pieces 2 cans tomato soup 4 tbsp. sour cream Minced parsley Salt and pepper Place piece of salmon on filet of sole and roll. Salmon will be inside. Secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with new potatoes and string beans. Serves 6. |
