ITALIAN BAKED FISH
 

Frozen fish fillet
1 (8-10 oz.) can Contadina original pizza sauce
2 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
Pam or non-stick spray
Italian seasonings
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. turmeric

Can use the following in place of Italian seasonings:

1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. ground basil

Spray two 9 1/2 x 13 inch pans with Pam. Place frozen fish fillets skin down in pan in a single layer. Spray fillets with Pam.

Spoon pizza sauce lightly over fillets. Sprinkle lightly with shredded cheese. Add mushrooms and onions, if used. Sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley. Top with seasoned bread crumbs. Spray lightly with Pam. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until edges crispy.

Serve with buttered noodles, garlic bread or soft garlic bread sticks and fresh fruit cup. Quick and tasty.
