1 lb. fish fillets (haddock, sole or flounder) 1 clove garlic, chopped 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. parsley 1 c. plain bread crumbs 1 c. Pastine, ground peeled tomatoes Dip fish in bread crumbs, then place in lightly greased Pyrex or Corningware dish. Top with other ingredients with a few drops of oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
