BAKED FLOUNDER ALMONDINE
 

Place 4 flounder fillets on a well greased, shallow baking dish. Baste the fillets with a mixture of 1 cup melted butter, 1 cup slivered almonds and the juice of one lemon. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Only 158 calories per serving. Serves 4.
