B B Q POACHED SALMON
 

6-8 fresh salmon fillets
1 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. sherry cooking wine
1/4 lb. melted butter

Mix all marinade ingredients; be sure sugar is dissolved. Place salmon in aluminum foil or oven-proof pan. Pour marinade over salmon and baste periodically, about 15 minutes. Place pan on grill, cover and cook for 15 minutes at medium heat. Or place in 350 to 375 degree oven until flakes.
