FRIED CAT - FISH

2/3 c. corn meal
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
4 sm. cat fish or fillet, cleaned
Hot oil

Combine first 4 ingredients. Boil fish in mix. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
