CRAB MEAT STUFFED RED FISH
 

1 medium to lg. red fish
1 can crab meat
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. celery, chopped
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. parsley
1 egg, beaten
1 can tomato juice
2 tbsp. horseradish

Mix all ingredients, except tomato juice, horseradish, butter, and mustard, together. Make slits in fish and stuff with mixture. With remaining mixture stuff the cavity of the fish. Then add the tomato, horseradish, and mustard together. Melt butter in baking pan and place stuffed fish in pan and pour tomato juice mixture over fish. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.
