3 tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. salmon
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. cream cheese
Salt & pepper

Warm butter and salmon in fryer. Add cream and cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat until well blended. Serve over your favorite cooked pasta.
