1 package (10 oz.) frozen fish sticks 1 package (10 oz.) frozen cut green beans Cook fish sticks and green beans separately according to individual package directions. Drain green beans; place in serving dish, top with fish sticks. Pour sauce (see below) over all. Sprinkle lightly with cayenne pepper. Makes 3-4 servings. Sauce: 1/4 cup dairy sour cream 1 egg yolk 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup dairy sour cream at room temperature Cayenne pepper In saucepan mix 1/4 cup sour cream with egg yolk, lemon juice and salt.
