1 lb. Yellowtail fillets 1/4 lb. butter 1 lemon or lime Paprika 1 ripe banana Coat baking dish with butter. Place snapper fillets in dish with thin slices of banana on top. Melt butter and lemon juice, then pour on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Test for doneness with fork. |
