3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. Hershey cocoa
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vanilla

Beat together until smooth. Bake in well greased layer pans and frost with favorite icing. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean.
