6 eggs, beaten 2 c. milk 12 oz. pkg. hash browns, thawed 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. diced ham 1 green onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Mix eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper and cheese. Place hash browns in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Put ham on top of potatoes. Pour egg mixture over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
