EGG HORS D'OEUVRES
 

cold hard boiled eggs
black fish eggs (roe)
white vinegar
light extra virgin olive oil or peanut oil

Peel the eggs and cut in half, lengthwise. Turn up the yolk so that it stands at 90 degrees to the white. Place on a tray with a bowl of caviar (fish roe), and a small bottle of each oil and vinegar.

Self serve by adding caviar into the remaining cavity of each egg, adding a few drops of oil and a few drops of vinegar.
