10 oz. beef bouillon 1/3 c. apple juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 cloves garlic crushed 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch Heat bouillon, juice, soy sauce, garlic and onion powder to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes uncovered. Pour onto meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or over night. Add cornstarch to marinade and baste cooking meat. Good for steaks, pork chops, burgers and kabob's. |
