1/2 c. pineapple juice 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. Jack Daniel's whiskey Combine all ingredients and mix well. Dip steaks, chicken or pork chops into the sauce and place on grill over hot coals. When meat is turned, brush with the marinade. Grill to desired doneness. Just before meat is removed from grill, brush again with the marinade. |
