3 lbs. ground chuck 3-4 beef bouillon cubes 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced 3 tsp. chili powder 3 tsp. cumin powder 1 tsp. oregano 4 c. water
Brown beef and garlic together, drain. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir and simmer, don't boil. Works well in a crockpot. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
