2 lb. hamburger (brown & break up) Add: 1 c. water 1 c. chopped fine onions A little garlic powder 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 3 tsp. chili powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt A little pepper Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Makes about 5 cups. Freezes well in small butter cups. Heat hot dogs and rolls. Put coney sauce on hot dogs, then add chopped onions on top. It's real good. |
