2 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. grated apples
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. apple cider
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
PANCAKES: Mix everything together except apples. Beat with beater. Stir in grated apple. Lightly grease griddle, put 1/4 cup batter on griddle. Serve with cider sauce.
CIDER SAUCE: In a saucepan mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg. Stir in cider and lemon juice. Cook stirring constantly until it thickens, boil 1 minute. Add butter and mix well.
