Chicken, steak, pork, ribs 1-2 cloves crushed garlic 1 tsp. mustard (hot, sweet, Dijon) 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/8 c. vinegar 1/8 c. oil 1/8 c. water 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste Mix all ingredients well and place poultry/meat in marinade. Marinate for 2 hours, turning meat or poultry pieces occasionally. Grill or bake as desired. May increase recipe ingredients according to quantity that is being marinated. |
