NACHO CHEESE SAUCE
 

1 1/2 c. pioneer country gravy mix
2 c. water
1 can Rotel tomatoes and diced green chilies (1/2 can)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil. In separate bowl, mix with fork remaining water and gravy mix until bump free. Pour gravy mixture into boiling water and whisk vigorously until thickened. Remove from heat.

In a crockpot, pour gravy mixture and 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies. Add cheese (cut into 1 inch squares). Heat until cheese melts. Serve.
