FANTASTIC FAJITA MARINADE

1 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
4 oz. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 to 12 oz. beer

Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight.
