2 med. onion, finely chopped Oil to saute onion 2 c. catsup 2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. water 4 or more hefty dashes Tabasco sauce Saute the onion in a little oil until limp. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer until the flavors blend nicely and the sauce becomes thick enough to stick on ribs. Makes 1 quart. |
