1/3 c. vinegar 3 tbsp.b brown sugar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. butter 1 onion, chopped 2/3 c. catsup 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix together in saucepan; vinegar, sugar, mustard, pepper, salt, chili powder and lemon juice. Begin to simmer fry onion in butter until tender then add to sauce and let simmer 20 minutes. Add catsup and Worcestershire and simmer 5 more minutes. Stores well for several weeks in refrigerator. |
