3 1/2 oz. minced clams (mussels may be substituted)
3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. chives
1/2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine, in a mixer, and spoon into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Allow the dip to return to room temperature before serving with chips or crackers.
Another serving suggestion: Partially slice a loaf of French bread. Spread mixture on slices, cover in foil and heat in oven.
