JIFFY BAR - B - QUE SAUCE
 

1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
1 to 2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in oil until tender. Add rest of ingredients and cook 15 minutes. use pork, turkey or anything you want to barbecue.

I use with leftover roast pork, cut up or torn into pieces. Or just cook a big pork roast and use for lunch when you have lots of company. Really good with turkey, too. Serves 8 to 10.
