NACHO DIP
 

1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. cumin
Chopped onion & pepper to taste
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
12 oz. Rotel or Salsa

Fry ground beef and drain excess fat. Stir in cumin, onion and peppers. Melt cheese and mix with meat mixture. Stir in Salsa Picante Sauce. Pour over tortilla chips or use as a dip.
