1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. half & half 1 1/2 c. water 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Into hot butter, stir flour; blend well. Gradually stir in half & half, water, chicken bouillon cubes; cook stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in cheese and heat until just melted. Serve with pasta, fish or vegetables. |
