SWEDISH MEATBALLS AND SWEET AND SOUR
SAUCE
 

2 lb. combination beef, pork, or veal
12 crackers, crumbled
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
34/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg

Add milk to soften, mix well, make into balls and brown.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

2 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash of nutmeg
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. horseradish
2 med. onions, chopped fine
Dash of Tabasco

Mix together, add meatballs, and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
