GARLIC VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
 

2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. minced, peeled garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. dried basil leaves

Put all ingredients into a screw-top jar; cover and shake well. Makes 1 cup dressing. Per 2 tablespoons: 160 calories, 0 grams protein, 18 grams fat, 1 gram carbohydrates.
