SUMMERTIME BEEF MARINADE
 

2 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1-2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice

In large glass baking dish, mix together all marinade ingredients. Cut beef into 1 1/2 inch cubes and add to marinade, turning to coat all sides. Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
