RED WINE MARINADE
 

1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp Dijon style mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

Combine and stir until well blended. Preparation time: 5 minutes. Yield: 1/2 cup.
