Grease a 2-quart casserole dish or 9x9 pan. Prepare stuffing mix with apple and mushrooms. Press in dish. Arrange cooked pork chops on top. With a spatula, use undiluted soup and spread over the entire top of chops and in between cover and bake 45-50 minutes until very bubbly.
Variations: You can use boneless chicken breasts with cream of chicken soup. Enjoy!
