1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 drops Tabasco 1 tbsp. ketchup 1 tbsp. steak sauce 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 tsp. summer savory 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 c. bourbon Mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid. Shake well and pour over steaks or ribs. Let marinate several hours or overnight. Marinade will keep in jar for several weeks in the refrigerator. Makes 1 cup. |
