KNORR DIP
 
1 pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix
1 box drained & squeezed uncooked, chopped spinach
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. mayo
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
1 loaf pumpernickel bread

Mix together all but bread and refrigerate overnight. Hollow out bread, fill with dip. Tear extra bread into bite size pieces, place around loaf.
