CRAB MEAT DRESSING
 

1 lb. crab meat
1 lb. ground pork
3 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
1 lg. bell pepper
1 lg. onion
4 long stalks celery
1 bunch green onion
3 cloves garlic
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. chicken broth

Bake Jiffy corn bread (follow directions on box). Fry all seasoning in oil for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown (less oil if desired). Add ground pork, cook (saute) until brown, add crab meat and 2 cups chicken broth. Crumble bred up (corn bread). You may need more broth to make the dressing more smooth. You can add other spices. Bake in an oven dish at 325-350 degrees until golden brown.
