1 jar Simply Fruit apricot spreadable fruit by Smuckers
1 thin slice lemon with peel, chopped
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Combine in a small saucepan. Heat on medium, stirring constantly. For a thin glaze reduce cornstarch.
