2 jars (6 oz. each) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, diced 3/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1 tsp. (or, to taste) dried tarragon leaves (optional) Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook over very low heat for approximately 30 minutes.
