1 box chocolate cake mix
2 lg. (12 oz.) size Cool Whip
6 Heath bars, frozen
3 boxes chocolate pudding

Bake cake according to directions and cut into small pieces. Make pudding according to directions. Break up candy into small pieces. Layer in large bowl (clear punch bowl is best) : 1/2 cake, 1/2 pudding, 1 Cool Whip, sprinkle 1/2 of candy. Repeat. Chill or serve immediately.
