2/3 c. chopped nuts
1 c. butter (softened)
2 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
3 (3 3/4 oz.) instant pudding (any flavor)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 13x9x2 pan combine nuts, butter and flour. Mix well and press into pan. Bake 20 minutes or until done. Let cool.

In bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Beat until smooth and well blended. Spread over cooled crust.

In bowl combine milk and pudding; beat well. Pour over mixture in pan. Chill one hour. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill 5 hours.
