1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (cooked as directed), cool 3 hours
1 lg. box chocolate instant pudding (mix as directed)
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding (mix as directed)
Cool Whip (large container) use 1/2 with first layer, 1/2 with second layer
Heath bars crushed (about 3)

Using truffle bowl, layer as follows. First layer, crumble cake. Second Layer, chocolate pudding (spread even). Third Layer, 1/2 Cool Whip, sprinkle heath bar on top. Fourth Layer: crumble cake. Fifth Layer: vanilla pudding. Sixth layer: Cool Whip (use rest). Top with Heath bars (rest of crumbs). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Can be made one day in advance. Can substitute M & M's, crushed nuts, chocolate chips for heath bars.
