1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. butter 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix all ingredients use pastry blender. Spread on pizza pan or 9 x 13 inch. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 15 minutes. Cool. FILLING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Mix cream cheese and sugar; add Cool Whip and whip. Spread on cooled crust. TOPPING: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. water, divided 4 tbsp. cornstarch 4 c. sliced strawberries Combine sugar, Jello, and 1/2 cup hot water. Dissolve cornstarch in remaining 1/2 cup water. Mix together and cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in berries. Spread on top of filling. |
