1 3/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers 1/4 c. butter, melted 4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 16 oz. sour cream 1/4 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 1/2 c. sugar 6 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. lemon juice Combine vanilla wafers and 1/4 cup melted butter. Press in bottom of spring form pan. Mix rest of ingredients until smooth. Bake in 375 degree oven approximately 1 1/4 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Serve with pie filling if desired. |
